- **Evidence:** 17 browser regressions resolved; 33/33 workflow browser matrix and 266 backend tests passed (3 skipped); 26 country entries audited.
- **Boundary:** The end-to-end workflow checks were local and synthetic. Belize remained partial; publication deployment and live production-database behavior were not fully verified in the retained record.
